The lovely environment of Christmas markets in Schönbrunn was used for this Photo-test in the beginning of December. We were very lucky for the sunny weather and here you can see some of the series of photographs we had taken.
We started the photo shooting after 2pm when Eva was posing at several places of the colonnade near the main entrance gate to the Schönbrunn area. Her red coat created a nice contrast with buildings in the background. Then we took a small series of photos with Mrs. Henriette and her adorable daughter Stella. After that we were taking pictures in the evening light with Eva in the arcade of the colonnade. The dreamy aureola was created by the low sun in the backlight. This is actually my favourite technique of photography which also gave the name to our fotoweb www.aureola.cz. After the sunset, Jennifer and Alex joined us and while taking the photos in the park, we could see what an amazing couple they are together! At the dusk, we moved closer to the Christmas markets, drank several cups of Christmas punch and during “the blue quarter of an hour” we took several photos using the blurred lights effect of the Christmas tree lights.
Enjoy pictures and we will be pleased, when you leave us a comment.
This is most likely a TimThumb permissions error.
Go to the Justified Image Grid settings, TimThumb & CDN tab. Click check permissions then click 0755 or 0777 to see if that works (or do it manually via FTP, on the files and folders it lists there in case chmod fails). You can disable TimThumb with the 'Use TimThumb' setting and the option 'No'.
Also read the troubleshooting guide in the documentation on what else to do, especially if you are using Hostgator!
If you are using a Better WP Security plug-in go to the Better WP Security settings, System Tweaks, Filter Suspicious Query Strings: Disable
Tip: Install the official WP plugin 'Jetpack' by Automattic and enable 'Photon'. Jetpack enables you to connect your blog to a WordPress.com account to use the powerful features normally only available to WordPress.com users. It's an excellent TimThumb alternative and will make your images load faster. Note that you won't be able to use special effects due to cross-domain security limitations. Read more at: jetpack.me
